I have never been in trouble with the law, but after a night of drinking, a crashed into a neighbor's car. Being an honest person, I contacted my neighbor and reported the incident to the police. The police arrested me and charged me with DUI. James immediately took my case and filed a motion on my behalf. The City decided not to fight the motion and offered me a reduction to Negligent Driving. I wanted to avoid having a DUI on my record and James got the job done.
