All Charges Dismissed: Harassment, Malicious Mischief, & Hit And Run

Client was charged with Harassment, Malicious Mischief and Hit/Run. The alleged victim had trespassed on our client’s private property.  My client acted to defend his property and we vigorously defended his rights.  Our investigation identified inconsistencies in the alleged victim’s story.  These inconsistencies led to all charges being dismissed.
